Bandleader Count Basie once said that Hines was, 'the greatest piano player in the world.' Vintage glossy 10 x 8 publicity photo of Hines wearing a white suit and sitting at his Schulze Pollmann piano, signed and inscribed in blue fountain pen, "To Harold, Keep Smilin, Yours fingerly, Earl 'Fatha' Hines.” In fine condition, with scattered light creasing.
