Color 8.25 x 11 copy of the sheet music cover for the theme from The Addams Family, signed and inscribed in black felt tip, "To Jim Weaver, Best, Vic Mizzy," who has signed and inscribed to Weaver again on the reverse, adding three bars of music to the theme song, including the "snap snap" and "da da da dum."
