Description

TLS, one page, 7.25 x 10.5, personal letterhead, April 30, 1955. Letter to Kenneth Browne, in part: "Ground-breaking plans for the Library at Independence are being made for May eighth, but Edward Murrow's Person to Person Show has been postponed until next fall. Everyone of those pens 'I swiped from Harry S. Truman' is gone and I am certainly sorry." In fine condition, with light creasing to the lower left corner, and staple holes to the upper left. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
