Civil War-era leatherbound autograph book, 5.25 x 7.5, signed inside by 74 members of the 38th-39th United States Congress of the 1860s, with highlights including Charles Sumner, Nathaniel P. Banks, Schuyler Colfax, and Thaddeus Stevens. An ownership inscription to the first free end page reads: "This Book was given to me by my Friend, Charles H. Dwinal, J. A. Ruckman, 1866." In very good condition, with the worn cover and several opening pages detached but present; the inner pages are in fine condition.
