Consent form submitted to Loew's Incorporated, in part: "I understand that in a short subject produced or to be produced by you which consists primarily of scenes taken from film of historical interest photographed in past years, you desire to use certain scenes from the photoplay 'San Francisco,' showing crowds on the street during the earthquake, in which scenes I appear and am recognizable. I hereby consent to such use of these scenes." In fine condition, with scattered light creasing and staple holes to the top. A musical released in 1936, the film starred Clark Gable, Jeanette MacDonald, and Spencer Tracy in a story based on the 1906 San Francisco earthquake.
