Letter to George Calvert in Baltimore, in part: "This will introduce you to my nephew Mr. Edgar Irving for whom I would bespeak the kind attention of yourself and Mrs. Calvert during his sojourn in Baltimore." Addressed on the reverse of the second integral page in Irving's hand. In fine condition, with some light stains, and moderate intersecting folds.
