Troch, in full: "I truly appreciate your sending me an American flag, especially as you made it yourself during your spare time. It is a particular pleasure to hear that you are a defense worker in the Overland Motor Company. If everyone on the home front does his part as well as you are obviously doing yours, it will bring the day of victory closer. My best wishes for the New Year." Eisenhower adds a brief postscript: "I have written your husband a short note to tell him that I received the flag." Matted and framed to an overall size of 10 x 12. In fine condition.
