Handsome matte-finish 9 x 11.75 portrait, boldly signed and inscribed in the lower border in fountain pen, "To Miss Jean Tennyson, mia nuova fiora, ricordo cordiale, I. Montemezzi, San Francisco 23 Octobre 1942.” Framed to an overall size of 11 x 13.75. In fine condition. Jean Tennyson was an operatic soprano and noted patron of the arts.
