Original vintage color glossy 5 x 5 photo of President John F. Kennedy and First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy greeting the crowd during their fateful Dallas trip on November 22, 1963, taken by official White House photographer Cecil W. Stoughton. The president is seen at the lower left shaking hands over the fence, and Jackie is seen at center wearing her famous pink pillbox hat. Reverse bears "A Kodak Paper" watermarks, pencil notations, "C420-18-63, 0A6291," a Stoughton ink stamp, and a sticky note caption in Stoughton's hand. In very fine condition. This photograph derives from Stoughton's personal collection, and was retained by him as his own file copy. Provenance: The Estate of Cecil W. Stoughton, Bonhams.
