Contract between the Westinghouse Air Brake Company and the East Pittsburgh Improvement Company, in which the former, "for and in consideration of the sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars…hath granted, bargained, sold…convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second part its Successors…those certain pieces, parcels or lots of land Situate in the Borough of Wilmerding." Signed at the conclusion as president by Westinghouse. In fine condition, with some light toning and soiling.
