Heather O'Rourke's personally-owned and -worn maroon nylon cast jacket for the 1988 film Poltergeist III, size small, made by Aristo Jac by Hilton, with left chest area embroidered in white thread, "Heather," and the back featuring a large white-and-yellow design with skyscraper against a ghostly apparition, which reads: "'We're Back,' Poltergeist Continues…, Filmed in Chicago." In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by her mother, Kathleen O'Rourke. Heather O'Rourke tragically died four months before the theatrical release of Poltergeist III, which was dedicated to her memory.
