Prince's personally-worn black Lovesexy cropped long-sleeve t-shirt, worn during a pickup basketball game, featuring white text on the front, "Love Life, LoveSexy," and blue text on the reverse, "Prince '88." In fine condition. From the collection of Prince's assistant Therese Stoulil and accompanied by a letter of provenance. Stoulil notes: "Prince called to tell me rehearsals were done for the day, but the guys were going to get together for a game of hoops. Prince was impeccably dressed as he was everyday at Paisley Park. So he asked me to find him a t-shirt. I went to my stash of tour merchandise and brought him 3 or 4 t-shirts. He chose this one. Later that day he returned the shirt to my office. I asked him how the game went. He didn’t give me a score, but was quick to say 'we whooped some ass!'" Prince was known for his quick speed and skilled ball-handling on the court, and had played on teams in his youth at Bryan Junior High and Central High.
