"Capri Theatre on Broadway"—the site of Prince's first solo show

Unsigned handwritten notes by Prince on Cavallo, Ruffalo & Fargnoli letterhead, three pages, 5 x 8, no dates. On one page, Prince writes: "drapes, lining, Sol, 10740 Lindale Ave S., Suite 18W, Capri Theatre on Broadway. Eden Prairie News, Sharon 937-8690, re housekeeper." On the second, he writes: "Don—Call Western Union, 332 4242, Ask for OP. #6. Jamie—Faye Called." On the third sheet, he writes: "Judy Miller, personal, Rehearsal Hall, 6453078, Tracy Evans 979-362-9319." In overall fine condition, with a corner deliberately torn off of the third sheet. Prince famously played his first solo gigs at the Capri Theatre, located at 2027 West Broadway Avenue in Minneapolis, on January 5-6, 1979. From the collection of an early Prince insider.
