Description

DS, four pages, 8.5 x 11, June 30, 1981. Agreement regarding a payment to record producer Ken Scott. In part: "Scott was engaged by A&M to produce master recordings embodying the performances of Supertramp; the masters produced by Scott…were contained on the album entitled 'Crisis? What Crisis?'…Supertramp incorporated into one or more of its live concert performances, performed in Paris…recorded material produced by Scott…In particular, recorded sound effects from the master recordings entitled 'School,' 'Crime of The Century,' and 'Rudy'…the parties hereby agree…Supertramp CA shall pay Scott the sum of…$27,500." Signed at the conclusion by Roger Hodgson, John Helliwell, Dougie Thomson, Rick Davies (2), and Bob Siebenberg, and countersigned by Scott and two music executives. In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Perry Cox.
