Scarce vintage circa 1948 glossy 7.75 x 10 Associated Booking Corp. publicity photo of Holiday in a gorgeous sequined blouse, signed and inscribed in fountain pen to jazz drummer Bobby Tubman, “To Bobby, Stay Happy Always, Billie Holiday.” In very good condition, with scattered creases, some thin cracks and crazing to emulsion (one horizontal crack through the facial area), some staining to the right side of her face, and a trimmed left edge.
