Description

Ink signatures in Chinese of Zhao Ziyang (third premier of the PROC 1980–1987) and Wu Xueqian (foreign minister of the PROC 1982–1988) on an off-white 8.25 x 10.25 sheet. A photo of Zhao speaking with another politician is affixed to the upper half of the sheet. In fine condition, with brushing to Zhao’s signature. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
