Description
Chinese politician (born 1934) who was a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China from 1992 to 2002. Color glossy 9.5 x 7 photo, signed in Chinese by Li Ruihuan in black ink and by Helmut Kohl in black felt tip. Photo is signed again on the reverse by Li. In fine condition, with slightly irregular ink adhesion to signature on reverse. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
