Description
Ink signature, “George R,” on an off-white 8 x 3.5 slip clipped from a larger document. Retains the original official paper seal affixed to the right side. Nicely double-matted and framed with a full-length portrait of the King to an overall size of 15.25 x 21.75. In fine condition, with light toning and wear to trimmed edges (most prevalent along right side). Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
