Description

Two-time Pulitzer Prize–winning American composer (1911–2007) best known for such popular operas as The Consul, The Saint of Bleecker Street, and Amahl and the Night Visitors. Unsigned handwritten musical composition entitled “Ninna-nanna senese,” four pages on both sides of adjoined 9.5 x 13 musically lined sheets. Menotti pens 55 bars of music and lyrics for his work. Scattered mild toning, a light bisecting vertical fold, and a bit of trivial foxing, otherwise fine condition. RRAuction COA.
