Description  

ALS signed “Mary,” one page both sides, 4.75 x 7.5, Buckingham Palace letterhead, December 16, 1920. Letter to Harman Oates, in full: “I feel I must send you a line to thank you again very much for the charming old box which you have given me for Xmas and for which I am most grateful. It is most kind of you to think of giving it to me—I did so enjoy seeing the Children’s Room at Lancaster House to–day.” In fine condition, with trivial mirroring to lower portion from embossed red letterhead. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope, addressed in her own hand. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
