Physician and promoter of health foods (1852–1943) best known for his invention of Corn Flakes. TLS, one page, 8.5 x 11, personal letterhead, September 15, 1933. Letter to James Case, in part: “I had a pleasant chat with your friend, Dr. Edmondson, last evening. He seemed very open-mined [sic] and eager for information. He has great admiration for ‘the greatest x-ray man in the world,’ but thinks he ought to devote his entire energies to roentgenology instead of taking up surgery.” In fine condition, with intersecting folds (one vertical fold passing through a single letter of the signature) and a spot of soiling.
